Lots of red berries and sweet blackcurrant, complemented by vanilla and chocolate oak and pleasant herbal undertones. Smooth, ripe, round tannins make this wine easy to drink.
Deep red colour. Good balance between fruit and structure. This juicy and velvety wine has ripe red berry aromas and is combined with a strong savoury character on the palate.
Fort Simon Merlot

The minimum yield of a vine rooted in 70% quartz stone is truly reflected in this wine. The flinty, black powder nose with a mineral palate will become more pronounced with age.

Deep red in colour with a youthful ruby rim. A rich combination of juicy plum, spicy black olives and black cherries tantalize the nose. Ripe cherries and plum show on a richly rewarding palate with subtle oak-derived flavours of cinnamon and cloves.
The Chocolate Block
Spicy notes on the nose supported by ripe plum, black fruit and violet aromas. The wine has a grippy acidity and well integrated Tannins, a well-textured and rounded mouth-feel ending in a long, elegant and succulent finish.
