• Rates are quoted per person per night sharing.
• 50% single supplement.
• Long stay rates are calculated per itinerary.

• Regret no children under 8 years of age.
• Children aged 8 to 14 years, sharing with their parents, are charged 50% of the tariff with a maximum of one child per suite.
• 50% deposit to confirm reservation.
• Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation > 30 days of arrival, 25% fee due.
• Cancellation <30 days of arrival, 50% fee due.
• Cancellation < 15 days of arrival, 100% of fee due.
